Information we collect

We store the profile, job, preference, swipe, saved-item, match, message, interview, private company note, team-access, safety, verification, referral, subscription, recommendation-feedback, and product-usage information you choose to provide. Authentication is handled through ChatGPT; MatchWorkz does not store your ChatGPT password.

Résumé and job-description files are processed to suggest editable fields and are not retained after the import response. We collect limited product events to operate and improve the service. Anonymous traffic measurement uses randomly generated browser and session identifiers rather than advertising trackers. We do not ask for protected characteristics to calculate match fit.

How we use information

We use account information to provide separate job seeker and company experiences, calculate explainable match scores, enable mutual matches, deliver requested notifications, prevent abuse, review reports, and understand whether the marketplace is working.

We do not sell personal information. We limit public job pages to job information and company-facing details; personal contact details and candidate profiles are not made public.

Sharing, retention, and security

Information is shared with the other side only as needed for discovery, a mutual match, conversation, interview, safety review, or a service provider that processes data for MatchWorkz. Payment providers receive billing details when paid plans are activated.

We retain data while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for safety, dispute, legal, and operational purposes. Use Settings to export your data or permanently delete your MatchWorkz account.

Your choices

You can control profile visibility, blind-first identity, job-related matching, analytics retention, accommodation notes, and email preferences; update profile information; export or delete your account; block another member; or submit a private safety report. Accommodation notes remain private until a mutual match. Contact MatchWorkz through the in-product report flow for privacy or safety questions.
